My 1:1 yoga classes are an opportunity to develop a specialised practice unique to you, your body and your needs.

I create a safe and secure space for you to move, explore and experience the benefits of yoga both on and off the mat. Together we’ll explore the connection between mind, body and spirit through a nurturing and guided practice.

 These individual classes are an opportunity to explore breath, movement and meditation, equipping you with tools to use in your daily life. Having taught hatha, restorative and yin yoga in clinical settings for mental health recovery, my teaching style and classes are deeply nurturing and trauma-informed. Conscious of the unique needs and sensitivities that you may bring with you onto the mat, I will respect your personal experiences and meet you where you are.

GROUP CLASSES

I teach small group restorative yoga classes at Wildflowers ELC 8 Central Park Lane The Meadows Richmond. Thursday evenings 6pm-730pm

You’ll feel supported to arrive on the mat exactly as you are. My classes embody a nurturing practice of self-care, compassion and healing.

You won’t find poses that look like complex pretzel shapes here! Instead you will find the right kind of yoga for you. A yoga practice that helps you feel at home in your body, working with where you are at right now, no more and no less. I believe each student is their own best teacher.

Gentle yoga postures invite you to notice sensations in your body and the pattern of your breath, helping you to slow down and connect to your body and the present moment so that you may experience the therapeutic power of yoga.

I have completed my yoga teaching training in Traditional Hatha. All 350 hours of it. And I’ve done additional training in Yoga Therapy, Yin Yoga, Yoga for Anxiety, Depression, Body Image and Trauma, Restorative Yoga and pre-and post-natal yoga. You can find a full list of my training here.
