3rd Pillar we dive into inner awareness. Discover the importance of interoception and how disordered eating affects your body's natural signals. Learn to distinguish between emotional and physical hunger, and understand your body's unique needs. Practice embodied techniques to recognize hunger, fullness, and manage big emotions.
