7 week course online via zoom

Eat Breathe Thrive’s curriculum combines yoga, psychoeducation in a support group format to help people eat mindfully, build resilience, and feel better in their bodies.

Explore yoga and enhance your well-being. Engage in practices that support body awareness, emotional balance, and physical vitality in our program.

Build resilience with cutting-edge tools. Our course integrates neuroscience, psychology, and movement science to help you manage anxiety, depression, disordered eating & body acceptance.

The course is appropriate for anyone who wants to improve their relationship with food, body acceptance, and mental health.

The course itself consists of once weekly two-hour sessions held consecutively for seven weeks.

It consists of 4 Pillars

1st Pillar we discover the power of functional action. Learn how to tailor your eating, exercise, and lifestyle choices to support your unique physical and mental health needs. Explore tools to balance every dimension of your well-being: physical, emotional, cognitive, social, and creative. Embrace functional movement and self-care techniques through yoga and meditation. Let's empower ourselves to live fully and vibrantly.

2nd Pillar is embodied intimacy. Discover how to use your body as a pathway to deeper connections with yourself and others. Learn practices to enhance intimacy and nurture meaningful relationship with self. Explore yoga and mindfulness techniques to foster a deeper connection with yourself. Let's embark on a journey of authentic connection and self-discovery together.

3rd Pillar we dive into inner awareness. Discover the importance of interoception and how disordered eating affects your body's natural signals. Learn to distinguish between emotional and physical hunger, and understand your body's unique needs. Practice embodied techniques to recognize hunger, fullness, and manage big emotions. Let's nurture a deeper connection with ourselves and cultivate mindful eating habits together.  

4th Pillar we explore the power of self-regulation. Understand how the nervous system influences anxiety and depression. Discover how yoga and meditation can profoundly transform your nervous system. Learn practical tools to shift your nervous system state whenever needed. Experience embodied practices to activate the vagus nerve and promote relaxation. Let's empower ourselves with tools for mental well-being and emotional resilience.

Virtual Campfire Social Events

Nurturing Authentic Connections Through Conversations About the Human Experience.  

At the heart of Eat Breathe Thrive is a warm and welcoming community, where everyone has a shared connection to the challenges of mental health. Every 4-6 weeks, we invite this community to join us for 90 minutes of meaningful “virtual campfire” conversations, where we explore the tender and complex aspects of what it means to be human. These events feature a thoughtfully crafted ‘menu’ of conversation prompts designed to foster deep and engaging discussions. Each menu includes three rounds of questions, giving you the chance to connect with small groups and explore new perspectives. Whether you’re looking to meet new members of the Eat Breathe Thrive community or simply wish to reflect on big ideas about mental health and the human experience, these gatherings offer a supportive space to do just that.
